1. Roller Hearth Furnace / Solution & Aging Furnace / Heat Treatment Furnace

We manufacture heat treatment furnaces to heat treat the aluminium castings. These furnaces are continuous type & with various output ranging from 100 kgs/hr to 2000 kgs/Hr. Our heat treatment furnaces are fitted with automatic material handling along with automatic temperature control through PID PLC and / or SCADA. We offer these furnace in Electric as well as Gas fired as per customers requirement.

2. Single Tray Solution cum Aging Furnace

We have developed this special type of furnace for the industries starting with lower production rate. Firstly, the solutionizing heat treatment with quench is done, thereafter the aging treatment follows in same chamber. This furnace is fully automatic & equipped with temperature controller, PLC & HMI. The process can be monitored on user friendly HMI. When production capacity increases one can add a aging unit after quench tank to double the production.

3. ALUMINIUM HOLDING FURNACE

4. TOWER MELTING FURNACE

The tower melting furnace is the most economical type of aluminium melting. This furnace has separate melting chamber & holding chamber. The ingots & factory returns are preheated by flue gases going out from the furnace before melting, resulting in fuel economy. The automatic skip hoist is provided to charge the ingots & factory returns for melting. The melting chamber is lined with wear & impact resisting high quality refractory & holding chamber with non-wetting bricks and / or castable. The entire operation is fully automatic with PLC, HMI, PID etc. Tower melting furnace is used as central melting furnace as well as direct bail out furnace for GDC & HPDC.

5. Drop Bottom Furnace

The Drop Bottom Furnace is used for solutionizing heat treatment of aluminium castings. The furnace is elevated and mounted on rigid structure with charge lifting and lowering facility in view of high speed quenching. This furnace has moving quenching tank with a loading station at side. The furnace operation is fully automatic and equipped with thyrisorised power control, Temperature Controller, PLC, HMI and / or SCADA. The charge lifting & lowering is done with hydraulic system from renowned hydraulics manufacturer. The charge basket has special which engages & disengages with the furnace hook automatically. the furnace door is provided with clamping feature. This furnace can be used for aging cycle also.

6. ROTARY DEGASSER

We provide the operation friendly Rotary Degassers for aluminium industry. The optimum tuned degassers distribute the nitrogen with best possible means in the liquid aluminium bath & escapes the hydrogen to the surface from it. We offer portable rotary degassers as well as column mounted rotary degassers.The twin station column mounted rotary degassers is also in our product range.



7. LADLE PREHEATERS

Ladle Preheater are used for heating of refractory lined ladles prior to filling. The heater lid is suspended from a rigid structure. The ladle is kept below the lid. The lid is lowered on ladle with pneumatic/mechanical mechanism. The lid is lined with higher grade refractory or ceramic blanket. The combustion comes with all required safety Fuel : LPG / CNG


8. THERMAL DECORING FURNACES

Thermal decoring furnace is used to loosen & remove the sand from complex aluminium castings. This is roller hearth type furnace. The resin of core sand is burned at the temperature around 500 Deg.C & the sand becomes free. The furnace is equipped with the sand hopper at furnace bottom with pneumatic door. The door opening frequency in set as per the sand content in casting. The loose sand is collected in trolleys below the furnace.Fuel : Electric / Gas fired.
